Ankang is located in the southeast of Shanxi Province, and is the transportation hub of Sichuan,Shaanxi, Hubei, Chongqing, Due to the complexity of the local topography and geologicalstructure of natural and geographical conditions, leading to the area road waterloggingphenomenon is serious. The current management of highway water damage in Ankang is mainly in thewater after the treatment, so that the project investment is larger, and it is difficult to ensure the effectiveoperation of highway.In this paper, relying on the main arterial road of Ankang as the basis, through damagedsections based on the project’s research many times, collected and analysis the damaged roadsstatistical data by Ankang Highway Administration in recent years, as well as the finishing ofthe national mountain damaged roads literature, summed up the main types of the Mountaindamaged roads, major water damage factor, and by correlation analysis between various typesof water damage, emphasizing prevention and treatment of the damaged roads must docomprehensive system to ensure the prevention of in Ankang highway damaged andprevention and control avoid highway runs the risk of damaged consequences.Based on analysis of the highway slope damage factor, according to the factor clusteringand factor analysis of damaged factor analysis to calculate the right of the Slope damagesfactor to lay the foundation for Highway Slope Flood disaster Risk level evaluation, whileidentifying the main factors of Slope Flood disaster by each factor correlation analysis of thehigh similarity destroyed classified factor. Reference to the information at home and abroadof Highway slope flood disaster risk classification, according to the evaluation indicatorsselected and evaluation system established principles constructed Highway Slope Flooddisaster level of risk evaluation index system, use of the basic principles of gray fixed weightclustering method, with the examples of Ankang highway slope level of risk assessmentanalysis, to provide a theoretical basis for slope in preventive maintenance.Finally, according to the slope risk level evaluation results, use of the domestic andforeign slope damaged advanced maintenance and repair programs, combined with the actualproject overview to developed specific conservation and restoration measures to avoid or reduce the damaged roads, to protect the safety of people’s lives and property.
