In view of the above situation, the paper on the basis ofthe existing common emulsified asphalt has carried out for sticky layer of waterborne epoxyresin emulsion asphalt technology research.Based on the analysis of the development of the emulsified asphalt and modifiedemulsified asphalt at home and abroad, research status and mechanism of modified emulsifiedasphalt emulsion, and stability, Preparation of two kinds of common emulsified asphalt thatcould satisfy the requirement of specification, and use the two kinds of common emulsifiedasphal to formulate two kinds of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion asphalt.Through interlayer direct shear test and pullout test on the properties of waterborneepoxy resin emulsion asphalt binder influence factors are analyzed, and has compared thebonding properties of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion asphalt, common emulsified asphalt,and high-performance modified emulsified asphalt. Finally, the paper has proposed thewaterborne epoxy resin emulsion asphalt material composition used as the adhesive layer andthe recommended bonding performance evaluation methods and technical indexes. |
