At the same time, many of the new tunnel pavements andthe cement concrete pavements have had insufficient technology for the bonding layer of theroad surface. For the above, the paper has carried out research on epoxy resin modifiedasphalt emulsion for bonding layer.The paper introduces the research of asphalt emulsion and modified emulsified asphalt;explains the emulsified mechanism, the modified mechanism and the stable mechanism;compares and elects the better preparation craft, and chooses a suitable experimentalexamination method of epoxy resin modified asphalt emulsion. And the paper detects the rawmaterials index of epoxy resin modified asphalt emulsion, carries out the design compatibilityfor epoxy resin modified asphalt emulsion; takes study on the variation of the examinationparameters and the external conditions to epoxy resin modified asphalt emulsion.The paper has used the layer direct shear test and layer pullout rest to verify the bondperformance of epoxy resin modified asphalt emulsion, and has compared the bondperformance of epoxy resin modified asphalt emulsion, emulsion asphalt andhigh-performance emulsion asphalt. Finally, the paper has proposed the evaluation methodand evaluation index for the epoxy resin modified asphalt emulsion.
