Study On Construction Technology Of Bridge Integrated Deck Of Prefabricated Box Girder Bridge

First of all, thepaper explores the construction process of the deck elevation, and pipe network installation,bridge deck, flatness control and joint treatmentand put forward the correspondingcountermeasures; and then, according to the characteristics of the whole deck, integrated deckof concrete materials required and the basic request, analysis and contrast the design methodis different, the mixture ratio design example of reasonable formulation of integrated deck ofconcrete, ensure the effective connection of the process design of whole deck and base deck;finally, in accordance with the overall deck construction technology characteristics andconstruction machinery matching principle, on the performance of different leadingmachinery and applicability has carried on the contrast analysis, ultimately determine theoverall layer supporting machinery and mechanical construction scheme.Through this analysis and study, the whole deck of concrete mix design should bechosen as the controlling index and design method according to its characteristic; integrateddeck and girder must take the combination of reliable; should adopt the appropriate pavingmachinery and construction technology, to ensure the construction quality of the whole deck.Integrated deck is applied in the “Lantian to Shang Zhou expressway”, after that, workingtogether with the main performance of the whole deck of good performance, ride comfort isimproved obviously, after using integrated deck construction technology in prefabricated boxgirder bridge deck reinforcement in the repair and provides reference.
