Steel Fiber Reinforced Polymer Concrete Quickly To Repair The Bridge Deck Technology Research

The diseases of the bridge decks widely appear in many highways of our country. The author in this paper, based on the highway of Hubei province and a lot of investigations, combined by the experiment construction, tests the strain and vibrancy wave form of the bride deck pavement under the static and dynamic load, and presents fundamental damaging reason of the bridge decks combined by FEM analysis. On the basis of collecting and analyzing the restoring technology data of the bridge decks pavement at home and abroad, the author chooses polymer and steel fiber concrete as a material quickly restoring the thin-layer bridge deck pavement. Through a lot inside experimentations and field restoring tests, the results shows this material possess the good performance of anti-cracking, anti-distortion, anti-fatigue and anti-milling, effectively extend the lifespan of the bridge deck pavement, and is suitable to rapidly restore the defect of the bridge pavement.
