As serious as the problem of China’s aging population and the demand forsenior housing. To solve the problem of an aging population is very difficult,but very meaningful. This thesis by the elderly living in the residential area ofChina planning to conduct a study to try to find a diversified pension mode andelderly tour planning mode. This result will give useful inspiration I bring to theconstruction of residential areas.In China today, the most important mode of life of the elderly is theold-age home, only a small proportion of the pension agency. Those of thepopulation is gradually aging, the descendants of a small residential area,"homecare" can no longer meet the daily needs of the elderly. Community endowmentis a good and necessary complement.In this thesis, the means and methods of planning studies to explore atraditional communities diversify pension mode.
