In recent years, our country have a outstanding performance on the construction Rapid growth,however, also bring about a lot of problems in construction contract. Total amount of economic disputes on construction contract rise year by year, especially All economic activity of construction enterprise depends on construction contract. In order to cater to the needs of owners,contractors are always enslaved to the owner in the process of project construction, they often accept unfair and unreasonable terms in the contract, the unreasonable terms. Lead to contractor have the tragic loss,and declining economic benefits of enterprises in contract implementation. In order to improve the economic benefits of construction enterprise, and solve economic dispute from source, this paper puts forward a new concept-the economic efficiency of construction contract. In theory,Research on the economic efficiency of construction contract is a new topic,The concept is point at economic benefits of construction contract. Current researches related economic efficiency of contract mainly contain the contract performance, contract revenue,contract efficiency and claim for compensation, changes, etc., All of research,however, did not put forward the concept of economy of a construction contract. In practice, the contractor at a disadvantage in the construction market.therefore,how to make more effectively protect the interests of the contractor on construction constract that is not subject to damage, how to make contractor confirm and guarantee benefits produced by construction contract.From the study of these problems will standard construction industry,and promote the good development of construction market.Based on contractor’s interests, from the perspective of project management, standing on the basis of the economic benefits of construction contract, puts forward the concept of economy of construction contract. Through theory analysis and the present situation investigation from the contract review, contract signing and contract implementation of three stages contractor, the paper carry out analysis on factors and problems of economic benefits of construction contract, and use the grey correlation degree to find out the key influencing factors of construction contract, carrying on the detailed analysis to improve contractors’ contract economy. At last, the paper set up evaluation model of the economic efficiency of construction contract.The study of economic efficiency of construction contract lay the foundation for the long-term development of the contractor, has promoting good development of construction market.This paper introduce a new concept to study the construction contract, and provides a preliminary probe into the evaluation system of economical efficiency of construction contract. Hoping for construction contract management of our country to find a new way of thinking long-term development lay the foundation for the contractor, this paper has promoting effect to the sound development of construction market in China.
