| In recent years, Leisure square as a part of external open space in the city,plays amore and more important role. It is not only a traffic, landscape nodes of city, as wellas an important place for communication, entertainment, recreation and otheractivities. Xiamen, a coastal city, its seaside scenery also gives the leisure square inroad which around the island, the unique charm of space. Therefore, the study ofXiamen leisure square in road which around the island has a certain theoretical andpractical significance, the aim of this research is not only can enrich theory of cityopen space outside, also provide reference materials for ring gulf construction.In this paper, the author put Xiamen leisure square in road which around the islandas the research object. From the layout, the physical form, cultural connotation, theuse and evaluation of all aspects, combined with the architecture, urban design,landscape design, environmental psychology and related theory carries on thecomprehensive analysis. Firstly,on the basis of defining the object of study, the authorconducted a literature review on the square and the external space design, such assquare, square space form of satisfaction research in order to clear the direction offurther research. Secondly, come to the conclusion by analyzing the layout, materialand cultural environment,on the basis of literature review. Finally, through thequestionnaire design and distribution, using SPSS statistical analysis software toanalyze the collection of data, summarized crowd’s basic attribute, different attributesof the user in the square has some different behavior; According to the calculationresults of SD scale, plot of the average semantic distribution, reflecting the differentsubject to the satisfaction of the square; Combined with the methods such as photos,interviews, map behavior, Photos, obtains the characteristics of space andbehavior,find out the influencing factors of body activities and discusses relatedquestions in combination with the use and evaluation of each square. |
