High-technology Park Design Research Based On Philosophy Of Symbiosis

With the development of science and technology, technology park plays a more and moreimportant role in regional economy. Technology Park, as a new product of city development in theera of knowledge economy, is an important carrier of high-technology. Meanwhile, to support thedevelopment of high-technology industry is a primary goal of our country and even the world.This paper discusses two aspects of high-technology park planning, including functional areastructure and spatial form.Firstly, this paper elaborates the origin of the thesis, the significance of this research, methods,contents, framework, as well as the research scope. Then, the paper makes a survey, analysis andsummary on the general situation and the development of high-technology park. After fieldinvestigation in some high-tech parks in our country, the paper puts forward the existing problemsduring our current park construction.Secondly, in accordance with the problems existing in high-technology parks, the paperpresents philosophy of symbiosis and explains the connotation of it. The impact ofhigh-technology park planning is analyzed and philosophy of symbiosis is introduced into theplanning. The paper elaborates three aspects, including the feature organization,supportingfacilities as well as the spatial structure of High-Tech Park. A detailed analysis of these threeaspects of the effects of each factor, features is then stated. Then philosophy of symbiosis is usedto analyse those aspects. Upon functional organization, the park needs different requirementsduring he different stages of development. Upon supporting facilities, the amount of facilities aredecided by different types of park. Upon the spatial structure, several common programmingmodels are summed up.Thirdly, analysis of Xiamen Haicang biomedical park public service area planning project isa process that the author explores from theory to practice and then back to theory.Finally, the article briefly summarizes the main conclusion of this thesis and puts forward thedeficiency of the paper and prospect for the future.
