| Globally, population growth and agricultural resources and environmental degrad ation have become main problems hindering the development of agriculture for the moment. Changing the development pattern of agricultural economy, using new technology and new ideas to guide the sustainable development of agriculture, exploiting and protecting the natural ecological environment, are new challenges we must deal with in today’s society. The circular economy theory as an effective way to realize sustainable development, attracts attention from experts and scholars, and applying it to the planning of modern agriculture & forestry technology park is the inevitable trend of agricultural development.This article adopting literature review method, sum up method and example method,on the foundation of the analysis and reference on the research achievements of predecessors, based on the circular economy theory, apply the principle of landscape planning, ecology and economics, building circulation pattern of modern agriculture & forestry technology park, and take the agriculture & forestry technology park in Jiayi old liberated areas, Pingjiang country as a case to verify the theory research. The main research results are as follows:First, understanding clearly the modern forestry, ecological agriculture, circular economy, circular agriculture, technology agriculture, modern agriculture & forestry park and related concepts, on this basis, taking the content and principle of agricultural circular economy and the modern agriculture & forestry technology park, development history and skeleton, hierarchy and characteristics, supporting technology and the typical development model as an entry point to do preliminary discussion, analyzing the relationship between the two and finding commons.Second, this paper puts forward the necessity and significance of the combination of agricultural circular economy and modern agriculture & forestry technology park, and the concept of circular economy based on agriculture & forestry technology park, then planning systematically ideas and principles, functional structure and partition layout, ecological circulation patterns. Park planning must follow the ecological concept of circular economy, build agricultural integrated development complex zone of industry chain mode, and apply high and new technology industry to product efficiency. This paper focus on planning and building in detail agriculture & forestry industry, agriculture& forestry ecological technology, recycling system, clean energy technology and technology supporting system, and analyzing different system construction mode, to provide guidance for the construction of all kinds of circular economy of agriculture & forestry technology park.Third, by the theory as the guidance, planning in detail forestry & science and technology park in Jiayi old liberated areas, Pingjiang country, applying the theory system about agriculture & forestry technology park of circular economy type to practice cases, and to verify rationality and scientific of the system through material energy balance and economic benefit estimation.All in all, this article will combine theory with practice to provides a new train of thought for the development of agriculture& forestry technology park construction in our country, hoping to be able to achieve multi-wins of the ecological, economic and social benefits of agricultural development in our country. |
