Engineering project cost management is deemed to an management method andmanagement work which to be for guaranteeing the actual project cost can not exceedproject budget to adopting the project cost estimates, budget drafting and budget control.The project cost management can ensure the project be completed at the right time and withthe right quality, right quantity and the lowest cost, and reach the pre-determined target.Thus, the project cost management is one of important parts in the project management, andits profits and losses directly affect the economic efficiency and the future development ofenterprises.
