| As a pillar industry of China’s economic development,the construction industry has driven the rapid development of many industries.As a direct participant and builder in the construction industry,garden construction enterprises are affected by the economic environment and market conditions,the profit margin of project output value is low,construction management is chaotic,and cost control is imperative.Real estate and garden construction units attached to the construction industry not only need to deal with external competition and threats,grasp the development strategy,but also need to organically combine their own value chain with cost control,focus on the construction of cost control system,improve cost control system,reduce cost expenses,increase the economic benefits of enterprises,and achieve the healthy and long-term development of enterprises.This paper takes the Z Company H real estate garden construction project as an example,and first uses the literature research method to sort out and review the relevant literature such as value chain related theory,cost control theory,and operation cost method.Secondly,the field research method is used to collect and sort out the data of the company’s projects to provide data support for follow-up research.Then,using the case analysis method and field research method,the current situation of the company’s project cost control was analyzed,and it was found that there were problems such as excessive pressure on the company’s payment costs,insufficient control of the main cost expenditure,and cost control at the surface level.At the same time,combined with value chain theory and cost control theory,the reasons for cost control problems are analyzed.Then,the company’s value chain process is sorted out,and the principles and objectives of cost control system construction are followed,the necessity and feasibility of introducing the cost control system into the value chain are explained,and the cost control system based on the value chain of Company Z is constructed.Finally,the application analysis of H project engineering is carried out,starting from customer relationship management,operation cost method,etc.,analyzing the transaction cost of internal and external value chain links,advance capital cost,project indirect cost and other issues,the system alleviates the pressure of capital advance,reduces project engineering cost,improves personnel cost control awareness,and puts forward corresponding implementation of value chain cost control system guarantee measures.This paper aims to use the value chain to analyze the existing problems of cost control of construction enterprises,construct the corresponding cost control system,strengthen the cost control level of enterprises,improve the efficiency of enterprise cost management,increase the economic profits of enterprises,and hope to enrich the research in related fields and provide certain references and references for the cost control of other construction enterprises. |
