This paper introduce an embedded computer multichannel and high-precision force testsystem,which include Pressure sensor signal transmitting,Real-time acquisition,Great datastorage and Serial communication. Front collector based on8051F410and FS511. The steadysampling resolution is16bit,and between the computer through CAN or RS485. To adapt tomechanical engineering equipment requirements in nowadays, this device has thosecharacteristics,like low power consumption,high precision,real-time property,Great datastorage,easy data processing,safe and reliable data,convenient mobile flexible etc.The thesis mainly includes three parts of overall design client computer design and hostcomputer design,the client computer is divided into hardware design and software design.Firstly,the processing method of Measured data is introduced in the theory. Including usingleast square method in sensor calibration and using over sampling and averaging method toimprove the resolution of the ADC.The client computer is divided into hardware design and software design. The hardwarewhich is designed using C8051F410as the core processing chips includes signal samplingcircuit,filter circuit,A/D conversion module,data storage module,communications circuitand so on. The UART, Timer Counter, SPI and other functional modules integrated inC8051F410are fully used to improve the circuit integration. Using18-bit high resolutionanalog-to-digital converter FS511in A/D converter. In the design of communication module,communication port can select CAN bus or RS485bus in the physical protocol. This designbrings convenience to the on-site monitoring and remote monitoring and enhances theapplicability of the power quality real-time monitor. Providing large amounts of data storage,can record data for four consecutive days when it is offline,and create the possibility for theapplication of the portable data collecting device. In the client computer software, themultichannel measurement signal sampling and calculating are realized, including the use of over sampling and averaging method to improve the resolution of the ADC.Host computer design is the development of the user program,which developed on thevisual c++Builder integrated development tools to fulfill sensor calibration, data display,curve plotting,data storage and so on.According to the above specification,the prototype is produced after circuit modificationand software debugging. The result of the test in laboratory shows that the force test system’saccuracy of parameters meets the design requirement and the performance is stable. Now,this force test system has been successfully used for experimental platform of analysis ofseam mining ground subsidence and stress.
