| During the top-down process of urbanization, a great amount of rural land isreclaimed by local governments, which results in numerous peasants losing land.In order to solve living problems of these peasants, local governments organizeand build a number of urban resettlement residential communities. However, amajority of public service facilities in urban resettlement residential communitiescannot meet the basic need of land-lost farmers, especially in urban fringe areawhich contains weak facilities. Based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, thispaper takes the example of Baohe Garden community and Furong community inHefei city in Anhui province, and draws on SPSS13.0, from the perspective ofsupply and demand of public facilities in residential area of urban fringe.Meanwhile, it analyses the current condition of supply and demand of publicfacilities, as well as influencing factors of urban resettlement residentialcommunities, trying to identify the reason for contradiction of supply and demandof public facilities in communities. Then this paper will make some relativesuggestions, which could be expected to make contribution to the construction ofpublic service facilities in urban resettlement residential communities in China. |
