CBD, the center of economy and trade in a city, can promote the economicdevelopment and urban construction. But in recent years, along with the CBDconstruction continues to accelerate, CBD traffic congestion also intensified. Thetransformation of city form and the Gradual formation of CBD network of Multi-centerGroup City bring the opportunities to ease the city congestion and solve the problem ofthe city, but because the imbalance between the job and living is widespread, CBD isstill the district full of serious traffic congestion. Therefore, in order to solve theproblem of the traffic congestion which the Multi-center Group City CBD faces nowand future, the multi-center Group City CBD traffic organization mode are studied.Basing on the changes of City structure leading to the transformation of CBD andthe concept of traffic organization mode, the traffic organization mode of the CBD ismainly studied. First, the correlation theory, the traffic characteristics of location, size,and traffic flow distribution has been analyzed. Second, according to the travelcharacteristics and concentration of traffic flow in peak time, and basing temporal andspatial variation characteristics of different traffic flow, onspatial-temporal dissipationmodel in control district and outside is established. Then basing on the traffic flowspatial-temporal dissipation model, and selecting the congestion, average travel time,intersection complexity and cost around four indicators as the decision index,thevariable weight traffic organization decision-making model is established using thecloud model and the variable weight theory. At last as Guanyinqiao an example, studythe traffic organization mode adapting to it.Through the above study, the traffic organization mode decision model applied tomulti-Center Group City CBD is established, considering the situation of land use andtravel characteristics of CBD.Basing on the research, traffic organization optimization scheme, traffic demandaccording to CBD traveler characteristics and the traffic control of the CBD areaconsidering the traffic demand and functional layout in future.
