| With the continuous expansion of modern industrial-scale production, industrialequipment for petrochemical, metallurgic, electric power industry and Mechanicalequipment in the construction, transportation, ports and other sectors havingincreasingly been growing to large, heavy-direction, while weight,length, height recordof single piece transport goods are constantly being refreshed.Size, weight and othercharacteristics of Large transport is bound to cause a great impact on the safety ofbridge which it across over. How to seek a simple and reliable crossing bridge way forlarge transport has become an urgent problem to resolve with the normal passage oflarge transport vehicles.Based on theory of bridge structures, bridge approach to transportation vehiclesbridges studied through arch bridge, weight balance of mechanical properties study onthe principle and the bridge counterweight design, this paper has achieved the followingresults:1. Under the premise of Collection the characteristics and social needs of largetransport,this paper introduce a practical method for large transport vehicles cross thebridge-"the temporary steel bridge" technology, the lateral load balancing method,temporary reinforcement method, also introduced the scope of application of the method,advantages and disadvantages.2. Based on the force characteristics of hingeless arch bridge, efforts tried toanalyze the technical solutions and needed factors of counterweight balance of a largecar across over bridge, to formulate its organizing and implementation principle asreference for engineering applications, with precautions and focusing.3. Take engineering of a3cross-100m hingeless arch across by large transportvehicle for instance; compose a fleet with heavy vehicles and large vehicles, by usingcounterweight balance method, to analyze mobile load effect. Detailed data make itclear that Counterweight balance is feasible when a large vehicle through the long-spanarch bridge.Counterweight balance method’s traffic affecting time is short, and it has a greatadvantage in the economic and timeliness, so there is a broad space for developmentand application prospects of large transport vehicles passing through the arch usingcounterweight balance method. |
