The large-span CFST arch bridge is widely applied due to its elegant appearance and reasonable struction with the rapid development of bridege construction in our country in recent years. Jack cable inclined pullingand buckling method is adopted for the construction of most CFST arch bridges, which is rapidly developed into invariable cable method method later.Precise calculation of proper buckling force is needed in this hoisting method to make sure that the structural stress and geometry under bridge complete stage can meet the requirements.Based on comprehensive collection of existing research documents of rib hoisting method of large span CFST arch bridge , the characters of cable hoisting method is analyzed and the calculation method for proper bucking force used frequently at present is generalized and compared in this paper.The Raw support cable hoisting method for the construction of empty steel tube is studied and calculation method and advantage of invariable cable method, calculation method and theory of multiple optimization is put forward.The Wujiang Bridge, Huangshan Taipinghu Bridge ande Hunan Maocaojie Bridge are taken as engineering background is adopt to analysis of calculation of proper buckling force of jack cable inclined pulling and bucklling method used in CFST arch bridge, study of caculation an optimizaion design of invariable cable method.Camber of construction caculated from optimizated caculation method adopted proper arch axis as object function solves construction control of arch axis effectively. So invariable cable method is effective in hoisting CFST arch rib to proper arch axis. |
