With the vigorous development of the world economy, the urbanization rate of China speed up constantly, the importance of city traffic is becoming even prominent. As an important part of city traffic, city underground road plays more and more important position. At present, the development of urban underground road has become the climax of the urban traffic development, vigorously develop urban underground road system is the development trend of the metropolitan transportation in China. However, the emergency evacuation of underground road is a very complicated and difficult subject. How to establish the emergency management system which is suitable to China’s underground road operation and establish the systematic and scientific evaluation system could have an intuitionistic and accurate evaluation to underground road emergency evacuation capacity, could provide effective Suggestions and improvement measures for underground road evacuation facilities design, evacuation management method and evacuation plan formulation, at the same time also could provide certain theoretical basis for underground road emergency evacuation simulation model establishment and development, it has vital theoretical and practical significance for improving the underground road emergency evacuation abilityThis thesis do some research as follows around the urban underground road emergency evacuation capacity evaluation based on analysis of present situation at home and abroad:Firstly, the correlation analysis of city underground road, mainly including definition of city underground road and its position in the traffic system in the city; characteristics of underground road and the types and characteristics of emergency; emergency typical (traffic accident) were analyzed reasons.Then, factors of influence on the emergency evacuation capacity were analyzed, and the design of the underground road based on risk evaluation method and process of emergency evacuation.Secondly, establish the city underground road emergency evacuation evaluation model, including the selection and application of selection and city underground road emergency evacuation capacity evaluation index selection, the methods of determining index weight and the model and method.
