With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the contradiction between urban development and available land resources has become increasingly prominent.Urban underground complex emerged as the times require,effectively alleviating the shortage of urban land resources and urban traffic congestion.However,the urban underground complex has a variety of functions,complex structure,large flow of people,and the visibility of underground space is low and relatively closed,which is not conducive to the exhaust of fire smoke and heat.Once a fire occurs,it will cause great casualties.Therefore,it is necessary to study the fire evacuation safety of urban underground complex.Based on the analysis of the fire evacuation process of urban underground complex,the influencing factors of fire evacuation are analyzed from the personnel,buildings,fire environment,fire evacuation equipment and emergency management.On this basis,the fire evacuation safety evaluation index system of urban underground complex is established.Based on cloud model,the qualitative index evaluation information is quantitatively processed and used.The traditional TOPSIS evaluation method is improved by game theory combined weighting method,and the fire evacuation safety level of urban underground complex is evaluated.Based on FDS and Pathfinder software,the fire numerical model and evacuation model of urban underground complex are established,and the fire evacuation safety of urban underground complex is analyzed by simulation.The improved TOPSIS evaluation model,fire numerical model and evacuation model are used to analyze a city underground complex.The evaluation results show that the fire evacuation safety level of the city underground complex is "dangerous".The simulation results confirm that there are many problems in the fire evacuation safety of the city underground complex,which are basically consistent with the safety evaluation results.Combining with the evaluation results and simulation results,the fire safety evacuation control strategy of urban underground complex is proposed from five aspects: personnel management upgrading,fire load control,building space improvement,fire fighting equipment maintenance,emergency management training.
