A Research On Cost Management Of X Construction In Zibo

Nowadays the world economy is still downturn, While China’s economy developed steadily, at the same time, China’s construction industry in also in rapid development. In order to seize the opportunity of the industry’s development and cope with the increasingly fierce competition, construction enterprises must raise project economic benefits, and develop core competitiveness. Cost management of project which is an important aspect of project management affectting directly the project benefits, is more important than ever before, is the key issue which every enterprise pays most close attention to.This paper aims to improve the cost management level of X project project cost management by theory and practice research. Firstly the basic theory of the project management and project cost management is summarized, the X project cost structure and classification is introduced, the principle of X project cost management is discussed, and then influences factors of X project cost is analysed.Secondly, this paper analyzes the mode and present situation of cost management of X project, elaborated the problems in cost management of X project. First of all, all staff from the leadership to the general staff knows little and non-comprehensive about the cost management of X project, and their knowledge is old-fashioned; secondly, the cost management system of X project is not perfect, and the cost management technology method is out of date, not suitable for the development of enterprise and project; then, there is no guarantee system for the cost management, for example the information construction is insufficient, lack of communication of information and so on.Then, based on the theory of cost management, corresponding measures and countermeasures for the problems of cost management of X project are put forward. First of all, the consciousness of cost management of all staff should be strengthened, their concept of cost management should be updated, and the pattern of full participation of cost management should be implemented; secondly, the system of cost management should be established and improved, advanced and appropriate cost management method should be selected; then, the reasonable cost management security system should be established.
