Primary and secondary school landscape design in China has a long history, its basic theories and perspectives are designed with China is in the exploratory phase of reality. The landscape design of primary and secondary schools, even as the shortage of funding for education, the actual functional limitations and modeling single campus ignored by the people, the level of development is slow. Many domestic educators and education administrators, there will be equivalent to the outdoor environment, school campus greening; heavy campus buildings, facilities, campus outdoor light environment misunderstanding. Many of our domestic primary and secondary schools are facing lack of campus landscape or campus landscape homogenization of the status quo.In fact, China is in the primary and secondary school renewal and the construction of a new creation. Landscape quality of primary and secondary schools related to the quality of primary and secondary education, education related to China’s national economy and the people’s livelihood. Therefore, this study is to summarize primary and secondary schools in the landscape of the lessons learned based on the combination of this historic opportunity to explore the appropriate school district campus landscape design Kunming new ideas. For the relevant primary and secondary schools to build and create a landscape approach provides some lessons, but also improve their own right related specifications, planning, and design awareness.Primary and secondary school campus landscape design is the construction of a new campus for urgent in-depth research. It:too deliberate publicity, publicity appearances culture; too well-built parks, gardens of the campus landscape; ignored among the students receiving education in the fast-paced, full-time, short-term, one-sided, forced to accept the demands of the landscape. Chenggong campus through relevant practice, to explore a certain cultural heritage and consistent with existing ecological concepts to meet the students and set the landscape of integrated features, to provide reference for the related design.The following papers focus on a few specific questions:primary and secondary short-term behavior under traffic, road corridor landscape behavioral characteristics. Including:transport type, courtyard-type landscape (life-type garden, patio teaching area, office area courtyard, etc.), place-based landscape (squares, water features, small garden, etc.), import-type landscape landscape types and other subsidiary, its design, and these designs are modest, appropriate, simple, ecological, trying to pass humane, ecological, humanistic care and other ways to achieve.
