Substation belongs to dangerous work area, in the management of work a littlediscomfort, there will be likely to lead to the occurrence of safety accidents, in thecurrent to the personal safety of the first major premise, the first work station is put intoa personal life safety, in addition to the common rules and regulations, safetyregulations and other regulations, there is no a set of can solve the active alarm securitymeans, therefore, when the operation is not correct, judge dropped, with or withoutdiscipline, are likely to cause accidents, make life safety is threatened, and reduce thepeople’s economic interests.Now most of the substation in China have no control and management system tosolve the personnel safety operation and operation alarm, although most substations areequipped with video monitoring system, and with no other security system (fire fightingsystem, enclosure system, access control system, voice system) make a linkage function,real-time signal uploaded to the Electric Power Bureau monitoring center, field wiringin a substation are also complicated, messy, not unified planning, the more newtechnologies are needed to prevent safety accidents.Remote monitoring of substation is an important part of production management ofpower enterprises. Long-term since, grid enterprises generally use the person on dutyand the remote monitor combination, effectively reduce the sudden accident, to ensurethe good operation of equipment.Research on Application of unattended substation has been launched in thedomestic, but all state real-time monitoring of each substation in Electric Power Bureauor disposal center through the power network, the remote fault processing, remotecontrol (remote lighting, remote door, remote radio remote switch, air conditioning) willimprove the safety of the substation, remote visual monitoring and scheduling andgradually realize the power grid, the scheduling of production to the safe operation ofpower grid, more reliable.The basic analysis of the above, this thesis proposes substation remote monitoringand control information system, through the wireless sensor, infrared sensor is fixed, the current location of personnel monitoring, tracking, in order to determine the workingline and into the danger area alarm, reminder, video linkage, voice driven a series ofseries operation, in order to avoid accidents.
