With more and more transformer substations being built and the transmission network absorbing substations managed by other districts and counties in recent years,power dispatching automation system has received a lot of alarm signals.In the modern power dispatching system,the dispatcher needs to fully grasp the real situation of the power system quickly and accurately,analyze the specific location and reason when the system raises an alarm and develop solutions to different abnormal problems during operation.Hence,Shaoguan Power Supply Bureau has designed a new intelligent alarm system based on the Energy Management System(EMS)according to the requirement of building an integral power grid smart system.Intelligent alarm system retrieves the key alarm signals from mass information.Then draws meaningful conclusions through association analysis.This system provides dispatchers with processed alarm signals and suggestion of decision-making support.The accuracy of analysing power grid accident is improved.It speeds up the analysis and processing of power grid accident.It is saving the precious time for the staff restoring power service.Based on the framework of Power Dispatch E8000 Energy Management System,this paper has designed an intelligent alarm system which is suitable for processing a large number of alarm signals.This system receives the original alarm signals from transformer substations.Through the process of the information pretreatment module,digital signals convert into reference signals by matching the keyword and priority of the measurement type.Then the relevant reference signals will match the alarm rules.The inference engines will run single reasoning or association reasoning according to the alarm rules in the knowledge database and generate intelligent alarm signals.In addition,analog signals will match the alarm rules.The inference engines also run measurement reasoning according to the alarm rules in the knowledge database and generate intelligent alarm signals.At first,this paper briefly describes the original alarm system in Shaoguan and introduces the concept of intelligent alarm system.Then this paper introduces the overall architecture of intelligent alarm system,including the signal procession,detail of architecture and program.During the process of the information pretreatment,QTDBUI and ialmtype are needed.QTDBUI is used for editing database and ialmtype is a tool for associating test type.Then using the editing tool called ialmrule,the rules will be inported into rules base.A complete inference model of intelligent alarm has been presented.The single reasoning,association reasoning and measurement reasoning in the knowledge database also has been analyzed.The application evaluation and operation analysis show that this intelligent alarm system is running well.It fits the demands of power dispatch in Shaoguan power grid.The number of alarm signals will be decreased a lot.It provides dispatchers with suggestion of decisionmaking support and improves efficiency in monitoring.This system can also speed up the power restoration and reduce the impact of outage.It will create good safety and economic benefit. |
