Baoxi Railway Passage Study On Quality Control And Management System Of Baotou To The Project

In today’s world, quality management of railway engineering constructionproblems of general concern of the whole society, it not only benefits the success andproject engineering construction quality, and has important influence on people’s lifeand property safety and social stability. Research on railway construction project qualityis very rich, research on railway construction is part of quality management focused onexisting railway construction technology, construction quality control, qualitymanagement system, methods and measures, and the construction of the partiesinvolved in quality management system from the perspective of system theory andmethod is not much; research on this basis for railway construction project based on thetotal quality management theory, system theory, combined with the practice of qualitymanagement of railway construction project, from the quality, quality management forthe characteristics of all parties involved in the construction of quality managementsystem of railway construction project, needle to the West Railway from Baotou to theconstruction project as an example application research.This paper summarizes the research on the reality of our country in recent years,the engineering quality accident, according to the characteristics of railway engineeringquality in construction stage, the project management theory, system theory and totalquality management theory and method of support, a comprehensive qualitymanagement system construction of Railway Engineering construction. In this study theanalysis of quality management in the process of railway construction, in-depth analysisby introducing the actual case, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the qualitymanagement system of railway construction project. At the same time, in order toensure that the system can effectively promote the formation of project qualitymanagement mechanism, the design of the quality management system, under theguidance of the mechanism, achieving project quality control objectives. Finally,through the empirical analysis, according to the quality management system of railway construction project research and discussion, to build the quality management system ofrailway construction project and operation to provide ideas and direction.
