Study On The Feed Water Pump System Selection And Reliability Analysis Of The Steam Pump Direct Air Cooling Scheme In Direct Air-Cooling Power Plant

Coal resources in northern region of China is rich, but lack of water resources, with the rapid development of economy, a lot of direct air cooling power plants have been built in recent years. Therefore, to direct air cooling unit, the selection of the feedwater pump system has been a problem and been more and more prominent.This article will make the comparative study of several commonly used schemes of feed water pump system in direct air-cooled power plant, and the comparison is from two aspects which are technology and economy. The analysis of various schemes on the flow Process, equipment configuration, operation, initial investment, annual operating cost, etc, has been made, providing a more scientific and rational basis for feed water pump system selection and decision making in practical engineering.By the work of comparison, the direct air cooling scheme of steam feed water pump has most obvious advantage, but lack of actual operating experience and the reliability to be verified. Therefore, in this paper, making disturbance test of various simulations to verify the actual effect to the unit, through the analysis of testing data, proved that the steam pump direct air cooling scheme is safe and reliable, and it can meet the requirements of long-term and stable running of the unit. The scheme has the advantages of simple system, low water consumption, low initial investment, safe and reliable; it is the preferred scheme of large capacity, high parameter of direct air-cooling unit.
