With the extensive application of supercritical steam turbine generator sets,the heart-steam feed pump in the auxiliary engine is correspondingly more and more demanding,and the analysis of the rotor dynamics of the steam-driven feed pump is also very important.The response analysis of the vibration of the dynamic feed-water pump is of great practical significance.In this paper,the 600 MW supercritical unit steam-driven feed pump as the research object,around the rotor finite element modeling,inherent characteristics analysis,unbalanced response characteristics and seismic response characteristics of four aspects were studied.Based on the continuous model and the discrete model,the inherent characteristics are analyzed and compared from the dry state and the wet state.At the impeller stage 5,the response characteristics of different balance quality were analyzed,so as to provide the basis for selecting impeller unbalanced quality grade.Under the action of earthquake load,the response characteristics of one-way seismic load,radial seismic load and three-direction seismic load are analyzed.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)The structure of steam-driven feed-water pump is analyzed,and the rotor finite element model is established,which verifies the rationality of the discrete model.The natural frequencies and critical speeds of the two models were calcula ted in both dry and wet conditions,and the modal analysis was completed.(2)By analyzing the unbalance response,the sensitive parts of the rotor are obtained.The imbalance quality of the five nodes of the impeller is improved,the number of nodes is adjusted,and the unbalance force is changed.The vibration response of the feed pump rotor under different unbalanced force is calculated and compared.From G16 to G6.3 standard,the node number of the impeller to improve the quality and amplitude of the attenuation is proportional to the linear,and the impeller near the next outlet is more sensitive to imbalance quality.(3)By analyzing the earthquake response characteristics of the feed pump rotor,unidirectional,radial and three directions of the time history load are respectively applied and the variation trend of internal force and displacement of each node is obtained.At last,we get the node location and the exact moment at which the maximum value occurs.
