The feed pump is an important auxiliary equipment in the power station.The commonly used feed pump drive methods in the country are mainly two types: small turbine drive and hydraulic coupler speed control motor drive.The steam feed water pump reduces the pump power loss of the electric pump in the feed water regulating valve or the fluid coupling,and saves power in the plant.This paper introduces the main parameters of 330 MW unit boiler,steam turbine,deaerator and current electric pump.The thermal economic evaluation indexes of thermal power unit,such as steam consumption rate,heat consumption rate,generation coal consumption and power generation efficiency are introduced.This paper analyzes the investment cost,construction difficulty,safety and economy of the two schemes,and finally chooses the arrangement mode of 2×50% steam pump +1×50% electric pump.Calculation and analysis of the performance evaluation test after the modification,the efficiency of the pressure cylinder in the steam turbine is increased with the increase of load and the steam pump is higher than the electric pump;The efficiency of the steam feed pump group decreases with the decrease of load.The power supply of the unit is reduced after the load of 200 MW.The results showed that the better instead of small steam turbine driving hot economy,under the rated conditions,the power supply coal consumption by 4.07 g/(kW)h),auxiliary power rate by 2.97%,high pressure cylinder efficiency increased by 1.73%,the Internet 11.83 MW,the increase in power.The annual net income of the renovation project was RMB 1102.83 million,and the investment cost was recovered in 2.15 years.Through the test analysis,it is determined that the heat efficiency of the unit is the best and the optimal operation mode of the unit.
