The college catering building is an significant place of campus life, but thebuilding environme nt has always been ignored by architects. This paper is based onthe ecology of the hot summer and cold winter area college catering building as theresearch object, through the use of "composite design", the establishment of "targetsystem", and the use of computer simulation to analysis the college cateringbuilding energy-saving problems. Conclusion with the quantized feature, is aforward-looking, innovative, scientific research design method.Paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, describes the research background,purpose and meaning, and explains related concepts. Lay the foundation for theresearch;The second chapter is the development of the domestic and internationalecological restaurant building, and the basic form of the college catering building.Through a questionnaire survey, find out the situation and energy demand ofcollege catering building at present. At the same time, the assessment of greenbuilding standards at home and abroad are also introduced, refining commonnessand difference, summarizes climate, economic reference points of College cateringbuilding in hot summer and cold winter area.The third chapter is the investigation section, c onducted a survey of currentsituation of the restaurant building, summarized the related problems to theinduction, and provided direction for the following study.The fourth and the fifth chapter are the core part of this paper, as a "compositetype design" specific "optimization".The fourth chapter from the view of economy, applicability, and theintegration perspective, summed up the appropriate technology for college cateringbuilding in hot summer and cold winter area.The fifth chapter of the paper discusses passive design college cateringbuilding. Using Ecotect, WeatherTool and Phoenics to evaluate and optimize thelayout, sunshine, lighting, ventilation, shading design, air quality and other aspectsof the catering building, shows the architecture design of energy-saving conceptsoriented.
