| In recent years, the college campus energy consumption increased year by year.Campusenergy consumption roots in a large number of existing buildings which were not designed byenergy-saving consideration. The key of decreasing campus energy consumption is energysaving reconstruction of campus existing buildings.This paper the first time combines the college existing buildings in hot summer andwarm winter zone and energy saving techniques, and studies on energy exhaust characteristicof the college existing buildings in hot summer and warm winter and suitable techniques ofenergy saving building reconstruction.With Guangzhou University as an example, this paper analyses energy consumptionlevel, energy consumption variation and energy consumption intensity, and comes toconclusion that energy teaching building, dormitory building and library building, whoseconsumption accounts for campus total energy consumption large proportion, are thekeynotes for campus buildings energy saving reconstruction.With Guangzhou University teaching building as the research object,using numericalsimulation method, study on the influence of building envelope to building energyconsumption. The15energy-saving schemes numerical simulation calculation resultsshows that shading coefficient of external window is the most important for the buildingenergy consumption in summer in hot summer and warm winter zone, energy-saving rate is53.17%, heat transfer coefficient of external window and roof is more important than heattransfer coefficient of external wall, the energy-saving rates are50.15%and50.06%, theenergy-saving rate of external wall is49.65%, decreasing heat transfer coefficient of externalwall has adverse impacts for building saving energy in hot summer and warm winter zone;improving the shading coefficient of external window and the heat transfer coefficient of roofhave the most favorable impacts to decrease building energy consumption, the energy-savingrate is53.28%. Study on shading effects of external sunshade of south and southwest window inGuangzhou University, proposes suggestions of improving external sunshade; byinvestigation and questionnaire survey, inquiries room thermal comfort during cooling supplyperiod and the present situation of energy waste in college campus,puts forward somesuggestions about how to combine natural ventilation and air-conditioning system,improvethe effect of indoor natural ventilation and promote cultivating energy saving habits. |
