| In order to avoid the problems which are the results of urbanization andmechanization, such as traffic congestion and environmental pollution, many scholarsare pay attention to city spatial structure to solve city traffic problems.Then,they putforward clustered cities layout mode.However, with the rapid development ofeconomy, all kinds of traffic problems have appeared in clustered cities. And thedifficulty of private car travel is highlighted. So clustered cities have begun toconsider building PCTIS (Private Car Travel Information System,PCTIS) to solve iteffectively.Consdering the studying and application of PCTIS in clustered cities are atthe start and not mature at present yet, this article studys the PCTIS of clustered citiesfurther, and it has important practical significance.This article builds the system framework of clustered cities’ PCTIS andoptimations the location model of VMS in clustered cities by date survey and analysiswidly.The main contents of this thesis include:Firstly, it limits the clustered cities which are researched for and summed up theroad network structure and Private Car Travel behavior of such cities.Then it exploresthe different characteristics between the private car travel behaviors in clustered citiesand that in un-clustered cities.Thus it is necessity and usefulness to study the PCTISof clustered cities further.Secondly,this article builds a system framework for PCTIS.Among it the UserServicesã€Logical Frameworkã€Physical Framework are targeted detailed analysised.Furthermore, it explores the existing key technologies for PCTISThirdly, it researches and analysis VMS location problem of the clustered citiesin terms of release subsystem.On the one hand, it analysis the Influencing factors ofprivate car travelers’reaction to VMS from the side of the travelers reaction behavior.Then, it builds the disaggregate model of private car travelers’ reaction to VMS inclustered cities to select the VMS setting pots Preliminary. On the other hand,itProposed that it necessary to set long horizons VMS and short horizons VMS inclustered cities from the side of road netwoek structure and Trafficcharacteristics.Then it builds the long horizons VMS and short horizons VMSlocation models basing on clued model to determines the VMS setting pots fromPrimaries set.Finally,it uses the models that are built in this article instantly basing on the system framework and key technologies mentioned above.At first, it arranges the longhorizons VMS and short horizons VMS for the seleceed road network throughVISSIM simulation software. Then compare the traffic conditons after seting with thatbefore seting by analog datas. The results show that: the system framework, keytechnologies and VMS distribution method that is builded in this article is superiorityThen it can alleviate the private car travel difficult problems effectively and provide areference for the intelligent transportation system’construction in clustered cities. |
