| Among the sudden-happening disasters, great strength earthquakes have causedgreat damage with great loss of lives and personal injuries. Beside the great losscaused by earthquakes, public facilities and life line system, such as water, gas andpower supply, are also damaged. With the development of society and economy, thescale of city becomes bigger and the population gets larger, the lifeline system isplaying a more and more important role in our daily life. The lifeline system will bedamaged if earthquake happens, which will lead to the loss of function. As animportant part of the seismic system, the urban road transport system is not only thechannel of material transportation but also the channel for evacuating people andsending rescuing people, it is also the lifeline for earthquake rescuing. With thedevelopment of urbanization and the much bigger urban scale, it is more and morenecessary for the research of the road transport system.In order to reduce the difficulty in the process of solving disasters and rescuingpeople, based on the research results of disaster prevention project and lifelineearthquake project, theory and practice are both used in the article. The mainly factorsof transport system reliability are first researched in the article. Based on the networkreliability evaluating, the calculating methods of connection reliability for transportsystem components and transport road network is given out and the model of seismicreliability of transport system in city is established. In view of the different roles ofroads played in different emergency rescue activities, the emergency road network isdivided into emergency rescue transport network, disaster evacuation transportnetwork and medical aid transport network and the reliability of emergency roadnetwork is analyzed for different seismic intensity.In the case research, on the basis of road network in main Yantai city, combiningwith theory of road seismic reliability and following the rules of building emergencyroad network, three emergency road network systems in Yantai main city are built. Based on the degree of road reliability, the best path for transporting relief suppliesafter earthquake in different seismic intensity is predicted and the reasons of lowreliability of OD points is also analyzed. Some favorable measures are also taken toimprove the reliability of roads and OD points.After destructive earthquakes, emergency vehicles should arrive at the affectedareas immediately. Beside relying on the existed rescuing path, traffic control is alsonecessary. In the paper, theory of seismic reliability of road traffic system is used intothe control of traffic, which will provide evidence for taking emergency rescuingmeasures and making disaster prevention plan.At last, this paper summarizes the main research contents and put forward theshortages in the process of writing. |
