This paper firstly introduces some mixed-flow production basic concept, which relates to the enterprise’s rhythm, Rhythm is a very important parameter in the process of enterprise production, But also involved in this paper is a very important parameterAnd then introduces the often appear in production process, namely the Bottleneck phenomenon, a problem can not be avoided in the process of production and processing enterprises, which is the Bottleneck, because it not only exists in the company inefficient process, may also occur in the production process of high efficiency. So for the production of neck, can only be discovered early, and according to improving it, to optimizing the production line, improving enterprise efficiency purpose. Later in this paper, production process are described and analyzed in detail, and introduced the paper needed to use to Flexsim software are described to an enterprise, the software in the simulation above than other software’s superiority and so on. The last is the core part of this thesis, namely the enterprise process simulation and improvement. The premise to enterprise Beat based, using Flexsim simulation software, the simulation results can be used to determine the production Bottleneck of the process, and make improve The corresponding improvement.To improve the enterprise bottleneck by finding out the Bottleneck of enterprises, again using the Flexsim software simulation to improve the business process, and compared with the improvement of production process, which can be drawn for enterprises to improve productivity.
