Study On Influence Of The Administrative Center Location On The Regional Balance

On the basis of the analysis of the Central Place Theory, Core-Periphery Theory,the Growth Pole Theory, Balanced Growth and Unbalanced Growth Theory, the paperinterprets the connotation and classification of the administrative center, and make useof the gravity model to design corresponding geometric center of gravity, economiccenter of gravity, the population center of gravity in order to measure the advantagedegree condition of administrative center location. The paper puts forward theconnotation of the regional balance and the Gini Coefficient and the Discrete Degreeas measure index. Taking the36cities of the three provinces in the northeast as a case,the paper introduced the current situation and problems of the cities and the regionaldevelopment, and evaluated the advantage degree status of the city location and ofwhich the influence on the regional balance about the northeast. Using the relevantanalysis and regression analysis method and ArcGis software to research the influenceof the urban locations on the regional balance, the paper mainly contains six parts:The first part in this paper introduces the background and significance, theresearch current situation, the content and method, the difficulty and innovation in theresearch of domestic and foreign research.The second part introduces some theories which can be used in this paper,including the central place theory, center-edge theory, growth pole theory, balancedgrowth and non-steady growth theory, and all these provides further study of thispaper for thought and theory support.The third part interprets the connotation of administrative center location andregional balance and designs the reasonable evaluation index to value the state ofadministrative center location and regional balance condition.The fourth part takes the36cities of the three provinces in the northeast as a case,and introduces the current situation and problems of the cities and the regionaldevelopment, and evaluates the advantage degree status of the city location and ofwhich the influence on the regional balance about the northeast.The fifth part adds regional economy concentration and population concentrationindexes, uses ArcGis software and the corresponding mathematical method tomeasure the influence; and do preliminary exploration about the inner reasons andcontrol countermeasures.The last part summarizes the main conclusions of the paper, and points out theshortcomings of the paper and the prospect of future research.
