| With the rapid development of our country’ social and economy, the transportation ofdangerours freight on railways have showed an increasing trend year by year.Therefore therailway transport of dangerous freight has many insecurity factors, which makes theimportance of emergency preplan has received attention. So how to carry out a perfectemergency preplan to prevent the accident, reduce casualties, property loss and the influenceis extremely important role and has an important realistic significance.In view of the special research of railway dangerous freight emergency preplan in ourcountry is less, this paper mainly consider the method that using the Petri net theory to give acomprehensive study on railway transportation of dangerous freight emergency preplan. Theresearch can be divided into these following parts:(1) Research on railway transportation of dangerous freight emergency preplans are inmany aspects, this paper identified the emergency preplan process modeling andcomprehensive evaluation as the object, and select the Petri net theory as a technical method.(2) To analysis the railway transport of dangerous freight emergency preparednesscontent is the basis for process modeling of emergency preplans. This paper first introducesthe railway transport of dangerous freight emergency system and contents, makes a detailedanalysis on emergency response, emergency warning prevention and disposal. On these bases,the preplan processes of railway transport of dangerous freight in prevention and earlywarning processes were established based on the emergency response process, post-disposalprocess as well as the overall process Petri Net model, and the model is descripted.(3) The Petri network model is simplified on the basis of establishing contingencypreplans, then the validity of the model is analyzed, and the results shows that the emergencypreplan Petri net model is reachable, live and bounded.(4) In the evaluation part of railway dangerous freight emergency preplan, the first thingis to determine the evaluation index system structure of railway dangerous freight emergencypreplans and select the evaluation index. Then uses fuzzy Petri net theory to build theevaluation model and design the evaluation calculated. Finally with a railway transport ofdangerous freight emergency station as the example analysis, by using the method of fuzzyPetri network evaluation model and calculation method to evaluate the emergency preplans isfeasible, and has a certain reference value. |
