Research On Business Process Reengineer Based On Petri Net Under The Condition Of Freight Transportation Reform

In recent years,China’s rapid development of modern logistic,the development of various modes of transport is getting faster and faster.Transport products from the previous large quantities,single varieties for the development of small quantities,multi-species,multi-batch,high value-added products transport.Customer demand for transport services also continue to improve,not only requires fast and convenient,economical transport,but also requires courteous service,door-to-door,etc.With the increasingly intense market competition,railway sector to carry out the freight "real-freight" reform opened the railway fast freight network platform,to achieve the freight business online and "real-freight" transport.How to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment and the impact of the business process,business philosophy and transportation organization after the implementation of the freight reform are worthy of our in-depth study.This paper first discusses the basic connotation of railway express freight,analyzes the impact of railway freight reform on business process and the existing problems of business process.Secondly,Petri net theory is used to model the existing short-haul shipment terminals and the delivery-side business processes.The method of association matrix reorganization is used to analyze the characteristics of the constructed Petri net model to find out the existing problems,meaning of process reengineering.Thirdly,according to the existing problems of business process,the whole structure design and implementation way of business process reengineering are put forward.Combining with the requirements of railway freight reform,the business process of logistics process is reconstructed by the theoretical method of business process reengineering.Modeling analysis.Finally,the time parameters are introduced to calculate the business process cycle time before and after optimization.Contrast analysis,verify the optimization of business processes more efficient and efficient,reducing the entire business process cycle time.
