Since2000of China, industry of water and electricity development efforts hasincreased year by year, From2010to2012industry investment will increase about14billions yuan. At the same time, industry investment increase also means hydropowerindustry is more strict and standardized management, to project quality and progress toput forward higher and more specific requirements. So, for hydropower constructionindustry management transformation and the changes of management, as well as used atthe present stage management method, this article will specifically for schedulemanagement and incentive and constraint mechanism parts to carry on the discussion,and examples of Ka Yang road project as a case to analyze, put forward progressmanagement and incentive and constraint mechanism more reasonable discussion onapproach, while current hydropower engineering project schedule managementdeficiencies.This article the begins at present China hydropower project using projectmanagement, through the China hydropower project gradually evolved narrative reflectthe hydropower management features. To analysis of China’s hydropower industryproject management schedule management, puts forward the research content.
