Through the further analysis of the present situation of electric distribution network in Dalingshan Town, the plan of the low and medium electric distribution network is to solve the present problems and the network structure every year according to the urgency of the existing problems. Combined with operation of the newly-built substation, the power supply of load forecasting distribution and the service area of the substation, the power network of Dalingshan Town is to be optimized to from a target space truss structure with the norm connecting mode.The first chapter of this essay defines the major planning principles and then in the chapter two it gives an introduction to the geographical position, urban construction, economy development, and city position of Dalingshan. The third chapter analyses the present major problems of the Dalinghshan power distribution network proceeding from the high, medium and low voltage substation. In the fourth chapter, it analyses the revision and implementation of the "the twelfth five-year"power distribution network planning in details, then it focuses on the analysis of the effect on the enforcement of the plan of the low and medium electric distribution network and the retrospection of its main operation index.The fifth chapter analyses the way to forecast the load, which is the result of the superior network planning one.
