Application And Discussion Of Sequential Operation In110kV Changzhou Digital Substation

With the development of the substation automation and the widely used ofmicrocomputer protection, the automation level and management level of substation havebeen greatly improved. But because of the limitation of primary, secondary equipment andcontrol system technology, the traditional substation switching operation is still the keycontrol operation, which is still unsafe and inefficiency, that will not adapt to the developmentof the power grid and power companie’s downsizing.The IEC61850standard，electronic measurement transformers，intelligent control of highvoltage electrical apparatus，computer network technology, etc，all these make it possible tobuild a digital substation．At present many domestic applications of digital substation hadsuccessfully came true already. In order to solve the disadvantages of the traditional operation,sequential control, which was a bran-new, advanced form of switching operation, had alsobeen brought about by the construction of digital substation in many cases of domestic.First, combining with the example of110kV substation digital transformation of ChangChou, theory and technology system of digital substation was been studied in this thesis,while the development situation of several key techniques to support digital substation (suchas IEC61850protocol, non conventional instrument transformer, intelligent circuit breaker,high speed Ethernet Technology) were also been in-depth studied and the technical scheme ofChangChou substation digital transformation was put forward accordingly. And then, basedon the digital transformation project, the sequential control method and validation process ofChang Chou Station was further discussed so as to be realized in the renovation project.Finally, on the basis of daily management and sequential operation data in long-termaccumulation on Changchou substation， the thesis summarized the engineering applicationproblems of sequential operation on digital substation in order to optimize and improve thesequential operation, and promoting the development of the sequential operation application.
