With the booming development of the Chinese Construction Industry, the curtain walls are extensively applied to the exterior wall system of the superior residence, the bar, the skyscraper etc, which is due to the advantages of the curtain walls, such as the graceful appearance, the convenient construction and maintaining. However, in practice, the installing of the curtain walls affected by the heavy environment and the work high above the ground is very dangerous and difficulty. In addition, the lifetime of the keel of the curtain wall is comparatively shorter. After a time, because of the action of dynamitic wind load, the structure system of the curtain walls will be destroyed. At last, the curtain walls will drop, which will bring about the human injury and waste materials. Improving the performance and quality of the curtain wall not only guarantee the graceful appearance, but also guarantee that their usability meet the corresponding requirement.Owing to the external environment of the curtain walls being bad, the usability of the curtain wall is largely affected by the dynamitic wind load, the earthquake load and temperature load. Thereby, in the designing the structure of the curtain wall, the wind load, the earthquake load and the temperature load should be considered. When temperature and wind load change at the same time, the expansion joint of the adjacent plate of the curtain walls will vary, which will affect the wind resistance performance, air tightness, water tightness and acoustic performance. Thereby, the article to that as the research object establishes the parametric geometric model based on the ANSYS, by the modeling, the temperature field coupling. The article analyzes force structures of the static under the different working conditions, in order to obtain the varying law of the expansion joint of the adjacent plate of the curtain walls and put forward the rational design range of the different regional expansion joint, which provides the basis for perfecting construction standard of curtain walls.As the main structure component of the curtain walls, the safety performance of the glasses and keels of the curtain walls decides that the whole curtain wall system whether can continue for a long time or not. In the high environment above the ground, the action of the dynamitic load is obviously. Therefore, We must analyze the dynamic performance of curtain walls. The article analyze the glasses and keel structure by the modal analysis and the response analysis of the earthquake, combining to the experiment. We can get the natural frequencies of the different kinds of the glasses, basing on which t the mechanism of the safety assessment and detection can be established. Meanwhile, during the action of the earthquake load, the stress and strain character of the keel structure can be obtained, which provides the theory basis for perfecting the design of the structure.The article establishes the static force modal with the temperature parameter and the single-point response dynamic force modal, combining to the experiment, analyzes the varying law of the expansion joint and the natural frequency and vibration performance. The unit curtain walls are researched systematically. The research methods and results can improve the economic benefit and have the certain application value, according with the development of the national energy conservation.
