In rural areas the population is about720million by2009, accounts for about55%of the total population. Whether new housing construction area or the per capita housing area, the countryside is far above the city. With China’s new countryside construction, rural residents put forward higher request for the indoor thermal comfort, the rural building energy consumption will be increased. Therefore, how to maintain or reduce the rural residential building energy consumption under the premise of new rural construction scale enlargement has become China’s key problem when realize the sustainable development strategy in the near future.This paper is focused on the cold areas of rural residential indoor thermal environment and energy saving reconstruction research. There are many influencing factors for rural residential indoor thermal environment.Based on the features of the climate in Shenyang area and the rural residential structure model, the paper includes the analysis of the rural residential winter heating methods on the influence of the indoor thermal comfort and the influence of building envelope on indoor thermal environment and building energy efficiency are calculated which provides a basic theory for the construction of new countryside indoor thermal environment and residential energy saving reconstruction.This paper discusses two aspects:On the one hand, ascertain the indoor temperature distribution, the structure of the envelop enclosure and the heat preservation measures of rural residential in cold region by experimental test, and on this basis calculate out the rural residential indoor thermal environment and enclosure structure energy estimation; On the other hand summary suitable reconstruction scheme for rural residential heating mode and energy saving in cold region, put forward feasible improvement method according to the defects of rural residential envelop thermal insulation and create effective simulation for heating temperature and enclosure structure energy conservation through the computer software.On this basis, consider the rural residential and weather conditions, establish the indoor thermal environment model of Shenyang rural residential, Use Airpark software to analysis the indoor thermal environment under different heating means. Use energy software DeST-h to establish the rural residential building palisade structure model, analysis the influence of the insulation layer thickness under different outdoor temperatures. According to the indoor thermal environment, puts forward the rural residential heating system transformation measures and use the simulation method to calculate the energy consumption situation after the reconstruction of residential. The calculation results show that reform is effective and achieves better effect of energy saving and emission reduction. Through the numerical simulation to analysis the influence of heating methods on the rural residential indoor thermal environment and retaining structure, which will provide a basic theory for the future rural house reconstruction. This paper has certain guiding significance for the study of rural residential winter heating mode and building insulation design in cold region.
