Study On Characteristic Landscape Designing Of Residential Area

Residential area is an important part of the city, and an important manifestation of characteristic landscape of residential area is also the style of the urban characteristic landscape. Creating a good living environment of the landscape is necessary condition and the natural foundation to raise the household’s living standard. With the accelerated process of modern urbanization and the development of new rural construction, residence construction scale and amount is increased rapidly, especially dwelling environment of the district of the demolition and removal. Much residential construction will not be considered even the local special natural environment, cultural background and social customs, which caused lots of cities seem like the same sight, consequently more and more living area and residential community environment lost their own regional characteristics, context of spirit and sense of belonging.In connection with these phenomena, this thesis mainly deals with the designing of residential community characteristic landscape environment. With the purpose of creating a landscape environment which reflects a personal life concept, creating a comfortable, beautiful, harmonious, ecological landscape environment of residential areas as the research objectives. Firstly, the development of living at home and abroad and the related concepts of landscape design is comb summarized, and a few problems of our residential area are Summed up; Followed by realizing the various problems existing in current residential community landscape environment such as characteristic lack of planning and construction of residential areas, the characteristics of the theory is vague, and special resources in the design of the application is week. The thesis analyses the connotation, the experience and cognitive methods of the residential community landscape environment. Additionally, by adopting the concept of characteristic resources, the thesis systemizes, objectifies and clarifies the idea of designing in residential characteristic landscape environment. The concept of characteristic resources includes the material layer and the spiritual layer. Moreover The nine categories of residential landscape is the green landscape planting, road landscape, place landscape, hard landscape, waterscape, sheltered landscape, simulated landscape and lighting landscape. Based on the Theory of three elements of landscape and the status research, this dissertation Summed up appearance of the landscape features of residential area in the image aspects of the visual landscape, the green level of the ecological environment and the public behavioral psychological and design measures on the general characteristics and individual characteristics, through the profound analysis and comprehension of the landscape characteristics, the elements forming them and the connection between each, and the common methodology of the characteristics landscape design. In order to explore methods of refining and designing of characteristic landscape resources in modern new rural residential areas, it gives three examples as "Gang Cun Jia Yuan" of Yonglian Village in Zhang Jiagang; Springs Reservoir resettlement residential area in Changsha; High-educated Residential Quarter of the2nd Phrase of Linxiu Silion Valley in Beijing.At last combined the method of design which the author put forward with the examples, the thesis categorizes various characteristic resources according to their effects on the surrounding environment, based on the case study of residence of Academy Village of Siyang County Linhe town. In order to reflect characteristics of residential area, Positioning through the planning design, design ideas, the overall layout, the partial design are taken into account, based on the characteristics of the landscape resources extracted from the local natural environment, history, culture and customs. And it also emphasized considering and integrated designing all these factors such as Planning, architecture, landscape. Moreover, the thesis places much emphasis on the application of theory, and the designing principles and methods produced in the process, and the guiding significance of residential landscape environment is highlighted.
