Rehabilitation Landscape Design Of Hohhot China Resources Land·Central Park Residential Area

With the rapid development of domestic economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,a healthy,environmental and ecological residential environment has become one of the goals that people pursue.The outdoor environment of residential area is one of the main places for people to rest,activity and socialize.Therefore,its merits and disadvantages will directly affect the residents’ daily life and their own emotions.Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic,the worsening of aging in China and the improvement of social civilization,the society has paid more attention to the elderly,the disabled,the sub-health and other groups.As the most common landscape in the residential area,how to build a high-quality residential environment based on the national conditions and improve people’s physical and mental health is the main topic of this thesis.With residential environment as the main research object and rehabilitation landscape as the research direction,this thesis aims to understand the concept and design methods of rehabilitation landscape by studying theoretical literature on rehabilitation landscape and analyzing and studying classic cases at home and abroad.By analyzing and mining the location environment,site status,history and culture of the project,combining with the theory of rehabilitative landscape,the design principles,design concepts and rehabilitative landscape design strategies applicable to the project are summarized and applied to the practice of residential landscape design projects.Residential design from plants,roads,water features and landscape pieces and other garden elements,committed to create a safe,rehabilitation,ecological residential environment.This thesis takes China Resources Land · Central Park Residential District as the project practice,the whole site planning and design is supported by the theory of rehabilitation landscape,draws lessons from the experience of classic cases,starts from the site status and residents’ needs,follows the design principles and strategies according to relevant norms,and defines the design concept as "rehabilitation garden,health of the whole people",and divides the outdoor space of the residential district into six functional areas.Connected by the road system.The landscape structure of "one ring,three axes and multiple nodes" is adopted,and each node landscape in the residential area is connected through the landscape axis.The convalescent area in the community is the main rehabilitation landscape functional area,which adopts the rehabilitation landscape design methods such as horticulture therapy,five senses design,health plant planting to promote the physical and mental health of residents.In addition to the rehabilitation resorts,other functional areas also incorporate the concept of rehabilitation,ensuring that residents can enjoy the rehabilitation experience in different venues.The project aims to address the physical and mental health needs of the residents and restore or maintain the health state of the residents through the auxiliary treatment of the landscape.This thesis studies and practices the application of rehabilitative landscape in residential areas in order to provide reference for the design and research of rehabilitative landscape in residential areas.
