Mine water source heat pump is a typical comprehensive utilization technology of waste heat and over bottom pressure resource. However, as the technology is still in a fledging period, there is quite little application of it in China. The thesis is based on a certain coal mine to research and analyze the principle, applicability, design proposal, environmental benefit and economical efficiency of mine water source heat pump system.The research work of the thesis falls into three areas. First, it introduces the principle, characteristics and advantages, conditions of application and influencing factors of mine water source heat pump, especially the influence of water quantity, water temperature and water quality to mine water system. Second, it specifically designs the scheme of mine water source heat pump system of certain coal mine. The heating load of the project in winter is5658kW, and cooling load of the project in summer is2936kW; heat drying chamber and bath hot-water load throughout the year is1831kW. Regular water inflow in the pit is1283m3/h, maximum water inflow2438m3/h, and the drainage temperature throughout the year keeps between25-26℃. HVAC system requires three sets of common units, and bath hot-water and heat drying chamber system require a set of total heat recovery unit, which can completely meet the satisfaction of heating and cooling. Finally, it focuses on discussing the environmental benefit and economic benefit of the scheme. The results show that:compared with boiler and split-type air conditioner, the operation energy consumption of coal mine water source heat pump system throughout the year can save2106.67t standard coal, and reduce pollution discharge by5251.93t carbon dioxide,34.76t sulfur dioxide,32.86t oxy nitride and20.22t dust and fume every year, which can apply for632.0thousand Yuan allowance for energy conservation and emission reduction; applying coal mine water source heat pump system can save1475.0thousand Yuan operating cost throughout the year. The constructing cost of the project requires10594.2thousand Yuan, and the static pay back time requires6.75years, and the dynamic pay back time requires9.12years. The results mentioned above provide certain referential meaning to the design, optimization and operation of coal mine water source heat pump system.
