In terms of China’s energy structure, coal resource is the main energy in ourcountry. In most of the coal industry in our country, and adopt the traditional coal-firedboiler for heating system in mining area. Coal combustion will release a large amount ofpollution gases, causing environmental damage., on the other hand, There will be a lotof return air generated in the mining process in the coal mine, and large equipmentcooling are also discharged back to the return air,so in the mine air return, carrying alarge amount of heat; And in the process of coal production and emission of coal minewater, mine water temperature and flow rate has remained stable throughout the year.Return air of the mine and the mine water gushing are high quality heat resource.Usingthis energy sensibly, will save a lot of energy consumption, reduce environmentalpollution.In this thesis, Recycling mine return air and Swallet heat applied to the heat pumpsystem for the supply of heat and cooling in hengjian mine areas is a goodenergy-saving emission reduction pathway. Then mine water and mine return air will bemaximum used, which complement each other, enhance the reliability of the entiresystem. This paper introduces the working principle and characteristics of return air heatrecovery technology and the mine water source heat pump system of the mine, describesthe dust removal and purification of mine water quality water treatment technology, soas to meet the heat pump system using standard. Combining with practical engineeringcases, make economic analysis and comparison, and a simple calculation of theenergy-saving emission reduction of two kinds of heat supply system in Heng Jian coalmine areas.After a comprehensive analysis of contrast reflects the use of waste heatresources in mining area has the advantages of economic and environmental protectionfor the promotion and application of its technology.
