| In the past decade,with the rapid development of our national economy,there is an upward trend in the hotel high-end development of our country,people demand more and more comfortable hotel,the energy consumption of hotel buildings is also increasing.Facing the problem of energy shortage and environmental protection,China is vigorously developing renewable energy technology.In south China,there are abundant surface water resources.As an environmentally-friendly and energy-saving system,the surface water source heat pump only consumes a small amount of electric energy and saves about 40% of primary energy when providing the same heat to buildings.Therefore,it has a huge energy saving potential and is worthy of promotion.In south China,with developed economy and abundant water resources,it has the environmental advantages and economic foundation to promote the surface water source heat pump.By comparing the energy consumption and economy between the surface water source heat pump system and the conventional system,the feasibility of the application of the water source heat pump system in the hotel building is put forward.The main work contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,a resort hotel in heyuan city was taken as an example.According to the specific situation of the project,Dest-c software was used to calculate and analyze the annual dynamic air-conditioning load of the target building.Based on the load characteristics of the hotel building,combined with the system load rate,the host capacity of cold and heat sources was designed to determine the host selection of each scheme based on the principle of high operating efficiency.(2)Combined with the surrounding environment related policies and hotel operation characteristics,four representative cold and heat source combination schemes were proposed to calculate and compare the annual energy consumption pollutant emissions of each scheme,and the two indexes were analyzed and compared.(3)In terms of the specific evaluation method of economic research,the dynamic annual cost method is adopted to carry out a comprehensive economic analysis and evaluation of each system.The sensitivity analysis of each scheme is carried out from three aspects of fuel price,interest rate and life cycle.Through the analysis and comparison of each scheme in this paper,the optimal WSHP scheme can be obtained through the comprehensive analysis of economy and sensitivity of energy consumption and pollution.The content of this study can provide a reference for the majority of engineering designers and constructors to choose the air conditioning system,so that the water source heat pump system in China to get a greater promotion and application. |
