A New Disgn Of Tire Testing Machine

As one of the most important parts of a car, tire need to withstand the gravity of the vehicle body and a variety loads between tires and the road.and because it’s the unique contact part between the car and the road, tire’s performance directly determines the driving performance of the car. So the development and production of tire is very necessary. The most important part in research and development of is tire testing, tire testing is a necessary step for one tire to get into people’s life from a factory. Tire testing first began to develop from abroad, in order to test a tire better, the tire testing machines have gone through several generations of improvement and development, and can basically meet the various requirements of tire testing. However, the development of domestic tire testing machine is still relatively backward, most of the experimental equipment must be imported from abroad, which severely restricted the development of China’s tire industry. This paper aims to introduce a multi-function, multi-position new tire testing machine that capable of multi-position tire test, and can complete multi-project test. The following is mainly related to the contents of this article.1) Multi-function, multi-station testing machine main structure and experimental program.2) The stiffness, strength check.3) The power portion of the testing machine, motor and hydraulic system.4) The structure of the drum, drum strength, stiffness and modal ansys analysis.5) The drawings of the device.
