| The research work of tire testing machine in our country was started late, and this kind of equipment mainly relied on imports in the early days. In recent years, our country has also got great progress in the aspect of the R&D of tire testing machine, however, the domestic tire testing machine can not at present imitate the state of the high-speed tires, which can just detect the performance of slow tires. The R&D of high-speed tire testing machine has been blank yet. The automobile high-speed tire testing machine we study is the experimental equipment that measures various property parameters of an automobile tire in the state of high-speed(250km/h).Slanting and list action servo system of high-speed tire testing machine is studied in the paper, and the performance under the typical signal input is obtained which has the guiding sense to the design, manufacture and debugging of high-speed tire testing machine. Transmission function of valve-controlled asymmetrical cylinder and motor is derived out., With a large number of theory analysis, linear and nonlinear mathematical models of slanting system at 1 work position and list system at 2 Work position are set up. Two models of valve-controlled asymmetrical cylinder and motor are analyzed in slanting system, and valve-controlled asymmetrical cylinder is applied in list system. According to the actual conditions of two systems, linear and nonlinear mathematical models are simulated with the module library in SIMULINK Software package, the technical specification which two kind of systems can realize is obtained. PID parameters are seek to correct valve-controlled motor system., to reflect actual conditions truer dispersed artificial model is set up with valve-controlled motor for the example.Conclusions are drew through simulation: The transition time of linear model which have not the exceeding adjusting amount is short, so it's responding curve obviously superior to the non-linear model. Realizing the technical requirement of slanting system, to the valve-controlled motor whose overall performance is superior to the valve-controlled asymmetricalcylinder the response is fast, the flow is small and the Respond characteristic is symmetrical, but the pressure is high;To the valve-controlled asymmetrical cylinder, pressure will lower than zero press or greater than oil source when mass force and sine signal frequency are greater;The step number and sample time of the keeper in the dispersed model will influence smooth intensity of response curve, the Steps time to be the higher and the sample time to be the shorter, the more ideal the curve is. |
