The six-component force of the tire in the contact area between the vehicle tire and the ground is the basis of vehicle motion control.The dynamic calibration of the tire six-component force sensor is an important means to determine its performance and optimal design.The dynamic loading of the tire six-component force sensor is an important part of the calibration implementation.This paper is based on the force measuring wheel sensor(force measuring wheel)designed by the National Natural Science Foundation of the research group,studying the calibration scheme of the force measuring wheel,integrating the development of the calibration system,and performing vertical tests on the tire stiffness machine and Flat-Trac testing machine provided by an enterprise.Load calibration verification test.Research has important theoretical significance and practical value.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Design a calibration scheme for measuring the vertical and longitudinal forces of the wheels based on the tire stiffness machine.The tire stiffness machine can precisely control the vertical and longitudinal loads applied to the force measuring wheels,and design different loading gradients based on this.The vertical force/longitudinal force calibration scheme needs to first assemble the force measuring wheel with the tire stiffness machine,and use the loading value of the tire stiffness machine under various gradient loads and the output value of the force measuring wheel to complete the static performance index of the force measuring wheel vertical force and longitudinal force Calculation.(2)Based on the Flat-Trac testing machine,the design of the vertical force rolling calibration scheme for force measuring wheels is designed.The Flat-Trac testing machine can control the force measuring wheel to rotate on the platform and output the loaded force and torque signals in real time.Assemble the force measuring wheel with the Flat-Trac testing machine,let the force measuring wheel roll at a fixed speed,and then apply different gradient loads,using the loading value of the Flat-Trac testing machine and the output of the force measuring wheel under each gradient load The value completes the calculation of the calibration function for the vertical force rolling of the force measuring wheel.(3)Develop calibration system.The calibration system consists of data acquisition hardware and calibration system software.First select the data acquisition hardware.Select the NI company's cRIO-9025 controller and data acquisition module NI-9237 to build the data collector,and then select the slip ring to transmit the strain signal of the force measuring wheel during the rolling calibration.The calibration system software can import the loading signal of the tire testing machine and collect the strain signal of the force measuring wheel.It has functions such as data filtering,smooth data segment extraction,data initial value processing,and custom storage path.The sampling frequency is 100 Hz.(4)Carry out the calibration test of force measuring wheels based on the tire testing machine.Firstly,the static calibration test of vertical force and longitudinal force is carried out based on the tire stiffness machine;then the rolling force vertical calibration test of the force measuring wheel based on the Flat-Trac testing machine is carried out.The feasibility of vertical force and longitudinal force static calibration scheme and vertical force rolling calibration scheme and the functionality of the calibration system are verified.This paper explores the feasibility of the calibration scheme based on tire stiffness machine and Flat-Trac testing machine,which lays the foundation for the dynamic decoupling research of force measuring wheels.
