Automobile industry is one of the biggest market in the sensor market every branch. Automotive intelligent system sensor in the modern time occupies a very important position. As the society attaches great importance to the car safety, energy conservation and environmental protection new energy demand. More and more cars are equipped with electric power steering (EPS) and electronic stability program (ESP) and other intelligent control system. The automotive electronic control system whether normal and effective operation, not only need steering torque signal, and at the same time also need steering Angle signal. Currently EPS torque sensor and Angle sensor for the ESP, respectively, are two relatively independent and applied the principle of different sensors. This paper studied a kind of non-contact installed on the steering column torque, steering Angle integration for the integration of sensor, through the simulation of gear and the magnetic circuit and torque, Angle of two different kinds of sensors, sensor integration as a whole sensor to achieve the rotating torque and Angle measurement at the same time.This paper introduces the currently used in the variety of electric power steering torque and Angle sensor. At present widely used by many types of torque sensor and Angle sensor are discussed in detail, and has carried on the comprehensive according to their respective advantages and disadvantages comparison analysis. In a variety of torque and Angle sensor based on the theory of, this paper proposes a new non-contact torque and Angle sensor. This paper completes the sensor is the key part of the mechanical structure of the design work. Using hall components as the sensitive element of sensor, for hall components selected the suitable magnetic steel, using the ANSYS analysis of permanent magnet components on the magnetic circuit simulation. Completed the Angle sensor part of the gear design work, and make use of professional gear design and simulation software KISSSoft completed the tooth profile design, and a simulation was carried out. Use on the torque calculation method of the school. Complete the design of torsion bar spring.
