Automatic weighing system is a set of on-line dynamic weighing and real-time monitoring of management of industrial process automation system, Production and manufacturing are widely used in metallurgy, cement, rubber, food, plastics and other products. Design and development of a measurement technology of advanced control system is very important to improve the quality of products and the competitiveness of enterprises is of significance.This paper is based on the existing measurement accuracy of raw powder metering system is not high.improve the design and study of its. First, base on the analysis, obtain the influence factors, such as lead to device design defect of the impact error process, material of air feeding, data acquisition and so on, these are prompted the device needs to be improved. And the control system and the original device is feeding system under the rated speed, real-time is not high.
